I haven't used this particular purchase yet. I have a bunch of these in M that I bought to wear after egg retrieval surgery for IVF, and they were great. A little tight around my thighs, but much better than having to use pads. I used two pairs a day after surgery. I just bought a supply of these in XL for postpartum. They fit great, better than the M ever fit. They go under my baby bump nicely. I haven't worn them for real yet. They're packed in my hospital bag.
I like these better than the hip huggers - they are less “grippy”, more my style, and still work great for absorbency! I’m 5’5”, about 130-133 lbs, and I get Mediums. I could honestly wear one all day with no worries about leaks on my heaviest day, but I change once before dinner or bed because I realized that was not good for my “down there” health. Really can’t rave about these enough. DONT put them in the dryer. My last set my husband dried by accident and they shrunk, becoming uncomfortably tight. Easy to pre-rinse and then I throw in with jeans or whatever I’ve got in darks going in that day. I’ve become a loyal customer!
