Ok, honestly I do not like leaving a review, but I found few reviews a bit helpful, which gave information in regards to sizing and their own height, weight, size n build. I am 5'7' I wear normally a size small in regular underwear sometimes a medium, I have an athletic build. I am a medium in most clothes. I have narrow hips, are 39.5 inches and a big butt and weigh 147lbs varies less or a little more. The bikini style in the Maasai print runs more true to size in period underwear sizing. So, if you are a small in regular underwear you are more likely a medium in period underwear. I got a medium. The hipster and boy short options in large size, fit like the bikini size medium. If you got a large in either of those styles, a large in the bikini will be way too big! If you have a wider hip and less butt then going a size up will help, but for narrower hips a bigger size won't help cuz butts are fatty and jiggle so you can adjust better in my opinion in a fitted period panty. That said, it absorbs without use of pads for a light flow. I wish bambody would make a 50ml -70ml version in only the bikini size and more color & print options like this since the sizing of the bikini is more true to size. This will not hold a heavy flow as a stand alone, you will need to change many pairs or use a tampon/cup/pad as backup. Hand washing is easy and simple and it rinses easily, if you do this immediately you take it off and it line dries indoors within 12 hours. The quality from just 1 use and wash is good and comparable to other high-end brands...that's saying something. Overall, I love the 1 for 1 with the Maasai STYLE donation of a pair to a girl in Africa through the Maasai Water Project. Bambody public relations and marketing reps, please show us a video on youtube of your company giving these women the period panties we have paid for, (you guys made promises) this would be transparent and encourage us to buy much more 😊 Thanks!!
