Refund policy
Bambody wants you to feel confident switching to period underwear. Because our product is intimate, hygiene rules apply.
Return window
Unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Items that cannot be returned
- Worn or washed underwear (hygiene rule — no exceptions).
- Items outside the 30-day window.
- Final-sale items and gift cards.
- Damage caused by misuse (bleach, tumble drying, hot wash).
How to request a return
Email support@bambodyunderwear.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label if the item qualifies. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — you don't have to send anything back.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund, then place a new order for the size or style you want. This is the fastest way to get you the right pair.
Sale and promotional items
Items purchased on promotion follow the same 30-day return window. Refunds are issued at the price paid, not the original list price.
