Shipping policy

Bambody DTC orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers via Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

Where we ship

Currently: United States only, including all 50 states plus DC. International shipping isn't available yet — international customers can find Bambody on Amazon international marketplaces.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. We don't process orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

Delivery times

• Standard (free over $50): 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Expedited: 2 business days after shipment.
• Overnight: Next business day (order by 12pm PT).

Rates and options are shown at checkout based on your zip code.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address changes

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Once the order enters fulfillment, we can't intercept it.

Undelivered / lost packages

If your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within 3 business days, email support@bambodyunderwear.com — we'll investigate and re-ship or refund.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your ship-to address. There are no international duties (we don't ship internationally direct — see above).
