How absorbent is Bambody?
Our 4-layer bamboo-rayon design absorbs up to 6 tampons — enough for heavy days as your sole protection, or as backup with a tampon or cup.
How do I wash Bambody period underwear?
Rinse in cold water after wear. Machine wash cold on gentle with your regular laundry. Air dry to prolong life. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Can I wear Bambody overnight?
Yes. Our front-to-rear leak-proof layer means you can sleep on your back or stomach worry-free. Choose the High Waist or Brief silhouette for overnight coverage.
What sizes do you offer?
Bambody sizing runs 4–13, mapping to XS through 3X. Measure your hips at the widest part — if you're between sizes, size up. See the size chart on any product page.
Are Bambody underwear PFAS-free?
Yes. Bambody contains no PFAS. We use rayon derived from bamboo for its natural breathability and softness.
Are they FSA / HSA eligible?
Yes — Bambody period underwear is FSA / HSA eligible in the US.
I'm switching from pads/tampons — where do I start?
Start with 1–2 pairs and use them as backup for your first cycle. Try them at home on a lighter day. Once you know how they feel, add more pairs. See our switching guide.
How many pairs do I need?
Testing: 1–2 pairs. Part-time / backup: 3–5. Full-cycle: 5–7+. Overnight-only: 2–3 fuller-coverage pairs.
What's your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed pairs cannot be returned. See our refund policy.
