These Terms of Service govern your use of bambodyunderwear.com and any purchases you make from us. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The store

bambodyunderwear.com is operated by Bambody (c/o ESSOR, Home & Living BU). We reserve the right to update products, prices, and content at any time.

Accounts

You may create an account to speed up checkout and track orders. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, mis-priced, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that's already been charged, we refund it in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include sales tax (added at checkout). We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay via Shopify Payments.

Product descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors and fit may vary slightly from what's shown on screen. If something arrives materially different from what was advertised, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

User conduct

Don't use the site to break the law, harass others, or attempt to compromise security. We may block access for misuse.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Bambody logo, product imagery, and copy — is owned by Bambody or licensed to us. Don't copy or redistribute without permission.

Disclaimer

Bambody period underwear is a personal-care product, not a medical device. If your period is unusually heavy, painful, or irregular, consult a healthcare provider — period underwear isn't a substitute for medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a Bambody purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.
