Work for heavy flows!

I have an extremely heavy flow the first 36 hours. I've tried other period underwear claiming to be long lasting and I'm lucky if they last 1 hour without overflowing. These tough are amazing! I can do a whole 8-hour workday without having any accidents. I can even sleep in these with the confidence that my sheets will not end up needing to be washed first thing. Highly recommend!
